Ben was the third service tech to come out in 10 days, and he seems to have fixed the problem.
Service could not be better. My technician drew told me to text him over the weekend even if I had any problems! They arrive when they say, they call, they have excellent service and believe me I would complain if I could but they make that impossle!
The service rep. is timely, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is great the way he explains my HVAC operation which helps me to manage its operation better. The staff on the phone are also very helpful. I am so pleased with this company.
Shawn has been to my house to do bi-yearly service on my AC system. Both times he was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am totally satisfied with his work.
The Tech was fast, very proficient and answered all my many questions very politely. He seemed to be very knowledgeable concerning my heating/cooling machines offering advice to help me keep the units operation properly.
We have had some rocky experiences with Tucker's, but Ben has turned it around
Jason was competent, knowledgeable and skilled in communicating.
Performed whole house plumbing inspection.
Arrived to find thermostat calling for cooling with the indoor fan running. At the heat pump unit I was not receiving 24 volts to my Y wire. Found drain and pump safeties were breaking my Y. Removed safety wires and found I was still not receiving 24 to my y at the outdoor unit. Will need to continue diagnostics tomorrow. Appears system has not ran in awhile.
System #2 thermostat has an active blower error and blower communication error. Blower motor axle will not spin completely free with power off and rotating wheel manually. Left power off to air handler until repairs can be made.
Performed heating maintenance on heat pump system.
Installed new heat pump and air handler.
Gave estimate to replace shut off valve.
Added uv dye and 2 pounds of Puron into the system. After adding two pounds of refrigerant I got my temperature split to 20 degF. Added dye into the system to return at a later date to complete black light leak search.
Indoor fuse blown on arrival. Found wiring disconnected from the outdoor unit. Diagnosed a bad indoor board. Replaced the bad contactor and transformer. System able to send voltage to get these components on but will have to return to replace indoor and outdoor circuit boards to further test the system.
Replaced indoor coil with TXV
Performed cooling maintenance
Found bad transformer in unit. Replaced with customer approval. Next I found the defrost board in the outdoor to be bad. Once I bypassed the board I then found the contactor to be bad. Replaced.
Performed seasonal maintenance.
