While others at Tucker's have provided quality service to us in the past, Kenneth was particularly outstanding. We greatly appreciated it. Thank you.

Knowledgeable, Correctly Fixed the Problem

We called Tucker's for a second opinion. Another company had told us the repair of our AC unit would require replacing an expensive part and that it would be better to simply replace it. Jason made it over that same day. He was professional and knowledgeable. Jason found that the problem was our thermostat and installed the new one. It was back up and working that same day. Jason not only got our AC working again but also saved us many thousands of dollars and the hassle of replacing an HVAC system.

Fantastic!

Jason was great! Very friendly, explained everything he was doing and didn't talk down to me in the process. I'll definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Maintenance

My tuckers service technician this time was Justin k. He did a fantastic job going over both of my units and preparing them for the AC season ahead. Tuckers had replaced both of my systems for me a couple years ago and I have been very pleased with their work. All of their technicians so far do good work. But I think I will request to have justin perform my service for now on. He was very thorough and gave me several options to improve the quality of my systems, but was not pushy at all. Even though he had to work in the rain he stayed very positive the entire visit. Great job!

Found the dual run capacitor had completely failed. Replaced capacitor with customers approval. Before kicking the system on I used a hose to run water over the fan to help cool it down. After doing so I plugged the power back in and the ac unit came on properly.

Cut open drywall and found the leak source was a pinhole in copper water line. Cut pipe and installed coupling on line where pinhole was.
