I had a big tree felt in the back yard. Fortunately the trunk felt on the fence and not the house. However lots of branches felt onto the house and the A/C unit. I want to make sure it was ok and called Tucker for a checkup. They came next day and the guys was friendly and very professional. Everything was ok and I was relief Tucker always provided me with great service and friendly employees

Performed seasonal maintenance and repiped section of condensate drain.
Return trip - customer reports system is cooling but fan is running all the time. Found fan schedule enabled and set to run continuously. Disabled fan schedule. All OK at this time.
System compressor capacitor and start capacitor have failed. Replaced components to restore compressor and cooling operation. Checked air filters and tested condensate pump. System will now run, but is underperforming. Pressures are excessive.
Cleared drain line and checked operations.
Adjusted water pressure for geothermal loop.
Secured air handler by mounting clamps to wall above air handler. This is a temporary fix. System should be either removed and remounted after drywall is repaired, or replaced entirely.
Investigated condensation concerns.
Installed blower wheel.
On arrival found emergency drain pan full and overflow safety switch shutting system down. Vacuumed out standing water. Cut into drain line and blew out in both directions with wet vac. Vacuumed debris from primary drain pan. Flushed drain with a gallon of water. Inspected drain pan and drain pan outlet. System draining properly again at this time.
Gave estimate to replace sump pump.
Gave estimate to replace shut off valve.
On arrival found a small accumulation of water in emergency drain pan in attic which had tripped the water sensor switch, shutting the system down. Removed the switch from the system to test. Inspected drain pan, ensured air handler is level, and flushed Condensate drain. It appears this moisture has been accumulating over time as the air handler and duct work sweat due to poor insulation and extreme humidity.
Replaced 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal.
Interim Filter Change.
