Mike was at my home today for an A/C pre-season checkup. He is always professional, knowledgable and goes above and beyond what is required. For example, today he changed the batteries in my house thermostat which I would never have done on my own. Always a pleasure to see Mike for either routine maintenance or when there is a problem.
