Appointment was scheduled between 2:00-4:00 PM---didn't arrive until almost 6:00 PM---I checked in with office staff at 2:00 and about 4:30---they were kind and understanding. However, they only kept me updated after 4:30 when I called them. Service call was discounted $20 because of lateness.
Lost air conditioning due to a broken compressor. Our call to Mary on Saturday morning, found her to be efficient, polite, and professional. Because of my medical issues, she scheduled us the same day. Clifton came late Saturday afternoon. He was helpful and provided us with information that was available to him. He installed the new compressor on Monday. He was knowledgeable and professional, keeping us up to date during the process. Also, Mike Gerardi was friendly, knowledgable and professional. We are very pleased with the service we received from Premier.
Mike was amazing! Very short and to the point but thorough as well! Fixed our issue, and even came early! Would recommend them/him anytime!!!!!
Beyond service is the tag line for Jason. He ‘walks the talk’ and goes above and beyond. I’m sure he had other service calls today, but he remained at my home to find the root cause of my issue that was electrical in nature. Mr. Jason showed me the issue and fixed it. Jason is THE BEST because of his excellence and integrity.
