We are going to be special ordering different parts that we can fabricate together and make an adapter that will go from one Manufacturer to another one to match the current color and style as close as possible. Returned with parts and they would not work, Chance will be out tomorrow.. installed the new shower handle and trim plate tested everything is working appropriately homeowner had to leave before I was able to take payment

Install 50 amp main breaker for system had to re-wire around electrical main panel to fit new breaker in had to move other breakers around. installed new gas sediment trap. color-coded electrical wires properly. installed NM cable protector. Installed refrigerant caps. Informed customer he will need to print hers packet before inspection date If he does not want to print the paperwork. informed him to call Crystal blue and have us bring a copy by #nn May have to have another duct test done for other system only one (package unit) system was duct tested.

Performed annual furnace maintenance on a split carrier system in basement. Tested system, system running at this time. Turned on thermostat. Ran system, tested system safety features all ok at this time. Blower motor and capacitor have been replaced. Inducer making some more noise than normal, running amps ok for now. Control board ok, no burn marks or loose wires. Mix of duct work under house silver flex sealed and hard pipe taped. System doesn’t have a dedicated surge protection. Tested condensate pump. Working well at this time. Outside where the exhaust is had to unbury the unit. Watch how close the vines get to the unit. And watch how much they grow around the black exhaust pipe. Will look again next visit.

Install single handle shower valve in Hall bathroom with remodel plate, new shower riser and tub spout, waste and overflow kit. Replace both pop-up assemblies in Hall bathroom, new flapper in hall bath toilet, office bathroom needs new pop-up assembly and major tank rebuild in a Toto toilet. Returning next Wednesday first call to put the tub stopper in and running cable down the left side hall bath sink.

Main line backed up was unable to clear with cable will need to hydro jet line from clean out under deck. Will run the camera to determine issue. Ran line there’s a offset broken section at 51 feet near the street can not determine what’s beyond that. Will credit this invoice back towards a repair if we do one.

Found natural gas furnace not operating pilot light lit, tested system operation found pilot valve working, main gas valve stuck not operating system has 24 V power, gas valve internally stuck, visual inspection of unit found holes in the heat exchange chambers and multiple cracks this will add additional air movement to burner compartment distorting flame and or adding additional air, creating a dirty burning situation this will also cause combustion gases to flow outside of natural draft chamber, Creating an unsafe work environment. recommendation is to replace heater

Performed annual heating maintenance on a 3 yr trane split laundry room Loomis. Visual inspection of equipment ok, found that system has too many filters in it. There is a filter in the hallway and at the unit. You only need 1 filter, I recommend removing the one in the hallway, it will be easier to change the one at the unit. Could upgrade to a washable lifetime filter. System is a high efficiency system that drains into a condensate pump, added anti algae tablets. Drain tubes tight no cracks or leaks. Blower capacitor ok for now. Electrical connections ok, board has no burn marks or loose wire connections. Blower is clean. System doesn’t have surge protection. Recommend looking into protecting your system. Tested system safety features working well at this time. Gas pressure ok. Disconnect for ac condenser isn’t connected to wall correctly. It’s coming off the wall Added a system surge protector. The surge protector is wired into the system at the ac disconnect. It takes the

Installing new 3 zone 2 stage Honeywell zone board, Installed new zone board. System turned on, but didn’t work correctly, with exsisting economize setup. Something must be wrong on that side of things. Wired around it. Tested system with zones 1 at a time. Closet thermostat controls front room. living room thermostat controls kitchen and living room. With everything hooked up. Not working correctly.
