Had a vibration in unit after their repAir. Called and had a service tech out that day. Corrected the problem and we’re up and running fine. Prompt, courtesy, very professional service.

All personnel were courteous. I appreciate the prompt service and communication follow up from the office and service tech (Ronnie)? Ronnie was very courteous, performed a thorough diagnosis of the system and took the time to explain details and answer questions. We were very satisfied with his work.
Service was prompt. The tech (James) arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He thoroughly checked the system for other potential problems and proper operation after repair He was very courteous and professional.
James and Professional Heating and Air are fantastic. They stay on top of making sure our systems are in top notch shape so we don’t get caught in a bind where any of them fail at a detrimental time. Highly recommended!
